I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you give us a bit more information about your query?

@Mendes1 , are you asking about your broadband bill?

You can check it yourself, or if it is to do with payment and you have not set up a direct debit and are paying by credit card, then you would need to do so, but if taken by direct debit, then EE will take it , if not sufficient funds will try again within 7 days, so make sure you have the funds.

Any queries about your broadband bill, you would need to speak to customer service as we have no account access here and no idea who you are.
