It's disappointing to hear you've been struggling with your app and signal recently.
We always aim to complete maintenance on our app late at night where the fewest number of customers will be affected, but still appreciate your frustration here.
Everything should be back up and running now, and if you would like to take a look into any potential signal issues, I'd recommend checking out our network status checker which should highlight any issues in the area.
