Months now and we still cannot access our bills either online or via the app. We are a small corporate with 10 handsets.
Hopeless - hours now waiting to speak to someone who can sends us a link so we can see our bills. How can such a big tech company have no working online access to our usage. Month after month they say it's being fixed. But it never is.
Such rubbish.

I'm sorry you have been having trouble checking your bill online for so long. Did the team say how long it would take to be fixed?
