Hi
Thank you for your help.
Yes I shall pop in one of the EE store to ask one of the staff member about the "sim plans".
Thank you the advice.
Have a nice day.

It's 2025 and I still can't change or upgrade my plan from the comfort of my own home. Why? Because EE is apparently incapable of building a properly functioning website. I have to go to a branch or make a phone call. — it's honestly laughable.

Hi @nyks I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with us website.
Could you tell me a bit more about what's happening when you try to upgrade or change your plan, are you getting any error messages?

Hi @ZHOUX
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear you're seeing this on our website.
Is this only happening when you are logged into your account, or do you also see this when you are logged out?
Do you still see the same error when you are using a different browser, or another device?

Thanks very much for your reply
I have seen this both with my EE account logged in and logged out. I have tried use different browsers on my PCs and iPad and the problem still persist. However, this problem are less frequent on the mobile browsers.
In addition, whatever product I clicked on in the Tech section, the pages were all showing: "Something's gone wrong It's not you, It's us"
I believe there is something seriously wrong on the website, and the experience on using it wasn't good at all.
Perhaps EE's IT team focused on optimising the website performance for mobile browsers other than the PC's, and wasn't aware the issue.

Thanks for the details @ZHOUX
When you are using the mobile browser, are you connected to your home WiFi or are you using mobile data?
You mentioned it happens less on mobile browser- Is there any difference in experience between using mobile data or using WiFi?
