linking sim to application

I can't link sim to my ee application 


when I got sms and linking it's said

We’re having trouble linking your products

 

You can try linking again or come back later when we’ve fixed things.

Is it a brand new SIM?

Is it pay as you go or pay monthly?

Are you transferring a number from another network?

It’s brand new sim I just bought it from ee store It’s pay as you go

It can sometimes take around 24 hours from activation before the number is recognised by My EE.

When did you first use the SIM?

Yes my first time use sim bought it and use then back home instead and I
can’t connect to applications to see my ee sim or to manage my package

yes, I just know that application has maintanace
