Hi,
I just wanted to purchase from the website - store.ee.co.uk and just wanted to check if this is legit or a scam. I was looking for a grade A phone. Does anyone have any experience with this webiste buying phones? Please let me know

Yes, that is a sort of online offshoot of the EE High St. stores that deals in selling devices outright to the public. It is not the same as the EE online shop, http://shop.ee.co.uk which specialises in selling contracts.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Do they have a dedicated contact number? I have heard that they have an email but that’s just it and the customer service is really poor, i really want to buy a device but don’t wanna wait for days to receive my product. What do you guys think of their customer service? Also, if you could tell me about grade A phones a bit (do they have scratches on body/screen)
