Whenever I try to open my shop or iPhone installment, error page appears. How to solve this and do iPhone installment?

@Modar1 : If by "instalment" you mean you want to pay your mobile bill, try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? If not, logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.
