Help! GIFTING DATA

I’ve just logged onto my EE to check the family data & to gift data but I can’t seem to find any info!

@Rachie131    You can only gift data to other contracts that are on the same account as yours you can not gift data to anyone if they have there own account or are PAYG. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

My husband and I are on the same account but I can't seem to gift him data now?  No option

Yes have been gifting him for the last 2/3 years

In the UK, phoned EE last night, and apparently because my husband is on a sim free no frills plan we are now unable to do this, even though I specifically asked about that before updating his plan.  His plan finishes in September so I'm looking for deals elsewhere.  Mine has another 13 months to go so as soon as mine is up we'll both be with someone else.  Shame as we have been with EE for so many years but there are better deals out there.
