How long will it take for them to finish the update?

@Jezza1  if you can not login to your online account call customer service s and request that they reset your account.   I can login to my account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

@Jezza1 , are you using the app? Have you tried logging in via the website? Just as @Chris_B  has written not everyone has a problem, probably most do not.

The app has had an update recently, check your store app to make sure you have the latest version.
