App closed yet again when I need to use it. I am absolutely sick to death of this. No other companies close for maintenance every other day. It’s ridiculous and I can’t wait to leave ee as soon as my contract is up . While updates and improvements are ongoing service access maybe restricted or not available. These are implemented at the time when there are smaller user numbers but will inevitably impact some people.

It’s every other day and always in the evening when I need to set controls for the teenage foster children that look after. I’ve never known a company who needs to shut their app as often as you do. Why don’t you do it at 3am when no one is using it. 10.30 is a crucial time, It’s massively inconvenient, so much so that because of this issue combined with the issue of the service constantly dropping out I’ve completely had enough and as soon as my contract is up I’m looking for another service.
