New bill showing as £992.29 instead of usual £89.55 and no one helping me!!!!

I have just looked at my online billing on my app and laptop and it is showing my bill as being £992.29 and not my usual £89.55 !!!

I am not getting anywhere with any help from in store or on phone as they also don't know what it is BUT it looks like it is going out of my bank account in a few days time and shouldn't be and I don't have the  money to pay a bill that is WRONG!!!!!!! Then wait for it to be refunded or not refunded and left on account to cover any future bills !!!!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

I am on universal credit and disabled lady who doesnt even get this amount in per month to live on let alone at christmas time!!!!

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP as not one person can tell me what it is for other that an error and than is not good enough!!

I have been an EE customer for many many years with no problems

Welcome to the Community. 

Has your bill already been generated? The bill breakdown should show what the amount is for. 

The direct Debit is taken 8 days after the bill is generated so there would be enough time to et to the bottom of the bill charges, or stop the DD if needed. 

When you look at the breakdown, what shows next to the usually high charge?
