@Jdees   If you’ve been billed then the process to take the payment has already begun even if you pay yourself before the payment is taken.     Paying now will not stop the payment method from doing what it’s meant to do.       If you ever want to pay early you need to pay before you receive the bill.    This payment will sit on your EE account waiting to be taken for any future bills

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Jdees

Welcome to the Community.

It may be possible to pay early, as long as the balance is still showing on your account as unpaid. This would automatically stop the DD being taken.

However it would be better to speak to Customer Service who will be able to check straight away if making a payment will be early enough to stop this DD.

Usually the request for DD is sent to the bank 3 working days before due date (we then mark it as zero balance in the mean time), so if the request is already sent but you still make a manual payment, you need to contact your bank to stop the DD for this month to avoid a duplicate payment.
