Does deleting and reinstalling the app resolve the issue @Designtype?

James

On my iPad Air (4th generation) running iPadOS 16.6.1 that did the trick. But on my phone it now keeps asking me to 'Link a device' to see my account in full, so I enter my number, get sent a passcode and then get told that the number is already linked!. So I cancel and, hey presto, the app opens into the full account!

Very strange! When first going through the login on my iPad after reinstalling the app it asked me to link a device in the same way as on my iPhone and after entering my number and the passcode it said, as well, that the account was already linked. So I cancelled the process but now the iPad app opens into the full account after entering my email and password as it should.

Hi @Designtype,

If you skip the number linking process, can you see your mobile under plans and subscriptions?
