cant access my account properly

For a few weeks now I have been unable to access my account properly.  I.e i cant view bills, account info, etc etc. 

this happens whether I'm on my phone (using app or website)  or if I'm on my laptop. 

Often when i try to use the app i have to make several attempts to actually log in - its like its repeating itself on the info it wants.  IF i actually manage to login I then still CAN'T access any information that I need or want. 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but its made no difference.

It's all very frustrating and i'm not sure what to do next.

 Help wanted, preferably from an EE representative.

Best calling EE CS on 150 and speaking to technical support. 

It maybe deleting your online account and registering again might be an option.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I've had the same problem so its definitely not just you; so frustrating isn't it. 

whilst I know I can check the amount of my bill by texting 150 Id like to be able to access all my other relevant information. 

I'm having the issue with both the app and the website

i hope they get it sorted soon
