cannot acess my ee account from wepae, or app iphone or ipad

Have been trying all day to access my account to look at broadband options after I have been emailed by EE that I have an upgrade available and if accepted will freeze my prices for a year pre 1st April increases

Hi, I have tried logging in using iphone, ipad and a laptop all to no avail

In all cases I get the same issue

@fulton10 What is the actual issue you do get when trying to login, what happens? Have you tried to reset your password as @Christopher_G mentioned as this may help resolve any login issues.
