can't log on to ee app

I go through the normal processes logging in , and everytime after I pass security where that be verification codes or passkey says can't load this right now

Been going on now for a few months now 

Same issue if I try via website !!!!!

Any suggestions would be greatly received - have raised it with ee who says my account is fine and looks good at their end

I had something similar after the staff in the store messed up our mobile accounts, online account and broadband because they tried to scam us into a new contract. I got home and contacted customer support as they deleted my user account so there was no way to check my tarrif or broadband. I asked the rep to reverse and cancel any deals they signed me onto because I was within in 14 days. 6 months later I am still without any statements, any pdf bills as its all online and through the app. Needless to say having spoken to a few people via 150 on customer service it would seem the store setup a duplicate billing account for my mobile phone and my broadband which prevents you accessing and linking the products to your username and login. I would check with them if you have a duplicate billing account and if they can remove it from the system. Hope that helps.  Failing that do what I am doing this month and moving broadband to Sky and my numbers to Vodafone.
