Is there no more EE live chat?

I am a loyal customer but want a reduction to the advertised price plan. How do i go about this if there is no more EE live chat. I know that i'm going to be put onto a salesman for ages and i have better uses for my time.......

My EE Family

I've just setup my 2 kids with EE (via Uswitch), we are waiting for their numbers to port but then want to add them to my account which has myself and my wife already in there, so we can gift data if needed. I'm unsure about how (and when) to do this...

Upgrade page

Upgrade page is not working when i click the final button, just keeps buffering. Tried on mobile web page and laptop too. No VPN etc on

Upgrade not working

I log in and am told I am due an upgrade. Every device I click on I get an error saying Sorry Sarah, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.
