LIve Chat access

Hi. I have been trying to find the live chat link, but it is really frustrating. It was easy with three mobile to have help from live chat. I am away from home and my network is not working...just stop all of a sudden.

DISABILITY AND THE EQUALITY ACT 2010

Who within EE deals with disability and the Equality Act 2010 and how does someone with a disability -not just deafness or blindness- contact them? They cannot ignore it and they cannot delegate to a forum. Thanks

I’m unable to enable the roaming button tell me to text 150 which I then roaming confirms roaming is enable but the app doesn’t reflect this

Phantom notifications on app

 The app is always telling me that there are 2 notifications but there are never any. How do you get rid of the [2] notification? I have searched through the app and there is neither any notification awaiting me nor a way to get rid of this.
