  • Hi. I've just ordered a SIM for my new phone and realised my address is not showing in the correct format. How do I amend my address on the system?

Welcome to the community,

If you are unable to amend your address via your account, you will have to ring customer service and they should be able to do this. 

If you ordered a new SIM card and the address is incorrect, I strongly suggest you ring customer service to get this amended before the dispatch the SIM card, which is sent out to you via second class post.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
