Resolved! Whats going on

All I want to do is check my bill, I've gone around and around this "improved" app and decided that's it I'm going I just can't be bothered 

Waste of money

You raise your prices and yet i can get onto my EE, so slow. Cant wait till contract ends so i cam go to another network that give their customers more.

Can anyone from ee tell me whats going on their app hasn't worked for atleast 3 weeks and someone from ee said they would call me back regarding another issue 2 weeks later im still waiting for his call
