Hi, Since turning on wifi controls in the app any new device cannot connect to the wifi
A new brand new Iphone from the box doesn't connect, an previous laptop doesn't connect and another work laptop that connects via the wps button doesn't connect.
I have also reset the hub and router.
Any help will be appreciated.
Is there any way to turn off wifi control in the app and go back to what it was originally.

Thanks for coming to our community.
Have you checked the app to see if there are any settings that may have caused this?
Are previously paired devices still connecting ok?

Hi,
Few of the previous devices still connecting and working it just seems to be any new device that won't connect.
Managed to speak to someone and the end result a replacement router is being sent out.
Even after EE did a factory reset didn't work, changed said, password etc nothing worked.
EE seems to think the WiFi controls are linked to router hence the replacement router that is being sent out.
Should get it on Friday so will update then.
But not sure how turning on WiFi controls caused this issue and very surprised it cannot be turned off.

Fingers crossed the replacement router does solve this, but please keep us posted either way.

I hope the replcement does work.
Ironically, the open EE wifi network works fine when i login with my details as broadband custmoer for devices but not my own ssid.
Just shocked that wifi controls cannot be turned off, love the feature and concept if it worked for me
