WiFi controls not working iPhone 17

Is anybody else finding the WiFi controls don’t work on the iPhone17?  I go through the sets, click set up & then just get this screen. It’s so frustrating as we really need WiFi controls in our home & it doesn’t work on either phone!

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you try deleting and reinstalling the app from both phones and trying to access the WiFi controls again, once this has been reinstalled? If the same happens and you get a blank screen, please get in touch with our broadband tech guides and they can get the account looked into for you.

i've tried that. the phone says its connected to wifi but it clearly isn't as nothing works

Do you get the same blank page as in the original screenshot when trying to access the Wi-Fi controls part of the app? Are you able to access the Wi-Fi controls part of your app on another device ok if you test it out? 

Have you been in touch with our broadband technical team to run some checks?
