Doesn't matter if I am on my phone or computer, this website never works. I just get errors saying I can't log in or the same page loads over and over again, no matter what link I click. At this point I just want to upgrade my plan and instead I might just change providers. Anyone else always having this issue?

Hi @nutsnut
You will need to raise this issue with our technical support team if you're still unable to manage your account online.
They will investigate exactly what's going on and work on getting a fix in place.
If you'd rather not call us directly about this, I would advise you to Fill out our complaints form, and a dedicated member of the team will get back to you within 7 days.

Thanks for posting, could you please let us know some extra details to help you further?
Which part of the website is not working? Is this your EE account?
Do you get an error message?
Leanne.

I've been with EE for 10 years now. I just google searched 'why doesn't EE's website ever work properly ? ' which brought me here.
In all the years I've been with them, it's always been garbage and it's ridiculous that it's still like this.
I know this is an old thread but it highlights just how long their website/app has not been fit for purpose.
EE, you must do better.

I've been working with HTML for nearly 30 years and I can tell just by the way the site loads that they have tried to be clever and produced a crock-of-****.
The first rule of ANY user interface is "does it serve the purpose?", functionality trumps all other factors.
You can put up with a site that looks pants if it functions well.
A site that look pretty but doesn't function is just rubbish.
I've no idea what engine they used to develop the site, but find the person who chose it and then sack them.
They have cost EE millions in lost revenue and annoyed customers.
It begs belief that we are 2 years down the line and it's still terrible, whilst EE say "What issues? Can you send an example?"
