Is anyone else having issues with accessing their EE app for a long period of time now? Honestly for almost 2 months it keeps saying the website and app is being updated and nothing is changing? I’m struggling to send texts to people today is anyone else having trouble?

I have the same issue, very poor customer service directing me to app several times after being on hold over 15 minutes at a time only to find app is not working

I am having the same issue. The app is really poor and slow to work and the website doesn't allow me to access my account details and says it is being updated. EE what is going on?

@ChristieVersey1 Can you login to your online account? If you can then you need to clear the device cache and uninstall and reinstall the app if you can not login to your online account you need to call customer services an reset an account reset.
