Why are you taking extra money out of my account

I already put the top up of the money in it why is it taking 13.50 out for

There is no account access on these forums. You'll have to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.

Do you have an automatic top up.

@Wheeler_500 : You have set up an auto Direct card Payment on your PAYG SIM to regularly buy your pack. So you don't need to top it up & any top-up that you do make can only be used for things outside your pack, like MMS & International Calls from the UK.
