When does trade in envelope arrive?

Hi,

I've been with EE for a few weeks now and went with the trade in option. I haven't recieved any info on where or when to send my old phone in though.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes? I don't want my bill to suddenly jump up because I haven't been sent what I need, to trade in my old phone.

@5142Katie  You should have had this by now. I recommend you call customer services, it’s 150 from your device.
