@Wendychad  try deleting the app and reinstalling it,  accounts are not off-line. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
