I opened my EE app and it was gone!
At first, I thought it was upgraded with a new design, but when I logged in it sent me to their online site!
What's happened? Where is the EE app?

Huawei tablet, media pad T5, Android version 8.0.0.
Yes they did raise a support ticket and also directed me here. First thought was that my internal memory was low, so I deleted some apps, also I'd got my default storage location set to my memory card (because I knew internal was low). Needing to reboot to put it back to internal memory, which I did, meant losing my connection with ee chat.
They did say it would need to be escalated if doing everything that I have done.
Incidentally it all started as a result of a message from ee telling me I needed to delete my app and reinstall!
