Does anyone know what is going on with The E.E. website?
Whenever I click onto Bills and Payments, or Plans and Subscriptions a big message always appears simply saying "Sorry something has gone wrong"

So... got through to EE on the phone. Apparently the portal that stores and serves up bills and associated info is down. It has been down for a number of days (as of 9 Oct 2024) and according to the person on the phone 'please re-visit in a week or so and it should be up and running again'. Helpful in terms of expectations, very unhelpful to the 1000s of people who may want to access their bill.
What a great advert for the technology company that EE is supposed to be !!

Did this get resolved as we are having the same problem, with the website not allowing access to add ons, crashing and then adding on to the wrong mobile. Whole thing is a shambles and not good for business !

It has not been resolved, as per the orginal post I was advised to "wait a week or so" as the problem is their end. However, they did send me my bill by email when asked. Which still means I cannot see anything related to my account.

This website has been poor since the update.
Slow to load and now it does not work.
I cannot access my bills or usage. I just get the bottom half of the page with Help, Our websites and App etc.
Reported over a week ago.

Looks like it's getting worse.
Just called them and they can't even access the system to e-mail us a copy of the bill. Wow!
