Website bug. Can't transfer my number with a PAC

The app/site says I've already received a pin (I have!) But it won't show me the "enter a pin" page, only the request page.

Also, I asked for my number to be transferred when I ordered the SIM in July, but it has only just arrived over a month later, and with no attempt to help with the transfer. So far EE has been a bad experience after just 3 days of service.

@Drekly PAC codes only last 30 days. What network was you with before and was that a contract with them or PAYG ?
just to Point out your number will not be transferred to the new Sim card until you get that SIM card as this would’ve cut you off from your old network. Number ports do not happen over the weekend.
You need to call customer services about this. You might even need to call your old network to see if you can get a new PAC code
