Website and app not fully functional

Hi I have had the app for a while and use the website but many of the areas are not fully functional. For example subscription packs tells you what they are and says select below but there is nothing there. At some point I need to switch my pack and I would like to do this onscreen. Why are so many of the pages just basic text  without links or actions?

Hi thanks for your reply I will check that. Eventually something did load but a long time later and then when I left the tab open and went back to it, it had disappeared again.
