Web site not working

Hi,

Anyone else having issues with the website? I can log in ok but when I look to the upgrades section all I get is a message that says"Sorry we cant find this page" Also the website does seem slow to work.I have tried 3 different browsers and the cache etc is deleted automatically when the browser closes.Any ideas folk? Thankyou

Yes, I can't load SIMS up to look at deals or anything 

 

There's now a Queue: Queue-it (ee.co.uk)

I've checked it with our support teams, and we aren't seeing any alerts for the performance of the online shop at the moment. Are you still seeing the same issue?

Yes .The same issue occurs on the web via laptop and through the mobile app

Good morning.

I originally reported this to EE via messenger as I thought it was just an issue with the website.All correspondence after was dealt with through messenger and so took a little time to sort.In the end the issue was apparently caused by the fact that somehow I had 2 separate accounts even though the phones concerned were used by family members.The soulution was to merge the 2 accounts and everything is now working ok.My thanks to those involved.Can't remember everyone who helped but the last lady was called Rachel

I never replied back - the issue does appear to have gone though

I have just googled this as i have the same issue. I alos noted that all your replies are 'have you tried clearing cache etc' and also 'we are not seeing any issues at our end'.. 

Mate, you really should google this yourself as EVERYONE i s saying website does not work. You're clearly in denial lol
