All competition answers are incorrect

Just had a look at the competitions on the rewards sections of the app, and on the Samsung tablet competition, it looks like all of the answers to the question are incorrect. Any ideas on who/how to contact about this?

Do you get an error message when selecting an answer, or are the options showing the incorrect colour of the Samsung Tab S9?
