I change to EE over two months ago from BT the network is brilliant the broadband is brilliant but the app and the website is diabolical
It's pathetic
Please don't tell me to call the service centre because a lot of people online are saying the same thing why don't you just fix it instead of telling people to call the helpline.
This is what you get on most areas of it a quarter of this website works and the app but you get this on the rest of it.
Come on guys you claim to be the best do something about it and prove that you are the best cause at the moment you're definitely not the best

@Bradley_86 But that problem doesn’t effect everyone so if it doesn’t effect everyone what’s to fix exactly. It’s the same website and the only difference is your logged in to your account so it’s a your account issue not a website issue.
So start with the basics of your browser and cookies.

So what your saying is you have logged in to your account and gone to the exact page I'm referring to and your works fine? Please read all other comments on this post who agrees with me, oh hang on you haven't gone to the page I'm on about? Sorry please remind me which page I'm on about? Ah no you can't as you haven't tried as you work for the EE Web app development and your looking after your job by lying? Please prove me wrong

I never use the app. I don't know if it's the devices I use or what, but it never works for me.
The website is hit and miss. It'll be working ok-ish for a bit, then suddenly you try to go back to your plan(s) and it's just code and garbage. Refreshing doesn't work and then you just lose the will to live.
I have about 10 lines with EE so often need to check the plans to make sure the right plan is working for the right device etc, but it's a complete disaster 80% of the time.
I've been with EE for years, from when they were Orange, and the website is utter poo. It just doesn't work - which isn't the best advertisement for a tech company dealing with communications. The only way to truly get stuff sorted is to speak to someone there.

Hi @FactoryPilot.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these error's when using the EE app.
What does the error message say?
Do you have the latest version of the app?
Speak soon,
Katie

Hi @Mindiawl
If you see this same error on the EE app and when accessing your main online account, our team will need to take a closer look at this for you. They will review your online account setup, try to fix this over the phone, and if needed they will raise a ticket for further investigation.
I know you've mentioned you're not keen to call us, but this is the best way to get this resolved.

You can ring customer service and press 2 on your keyboard and then get to speak to someone, not a bot.

@Mindiawl sorry but late on seeing your above message to me.
I wish a was a web developer but coding isn’t my thing, I’m a hands on person that’s why I’m maintance manager at a print company.
You might of guessed from that that I don’t work for EE and if you actually looked at users names on here you’ll notice certain titles next to people’s names.
Perhaps if you took the time to actually look through the forum you’ll find things like THIS
is that enough proving you wrong? I think it probably is.
