When i access the "manage" option on the app and then I click on the broadband option no information or options appear just empty boxes as per attached photo.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using the app, as this certainly isn't what we want to see. I'd recommend deleting and reinstalling the app, to see if this helps.
If this doesn't resolve the problem you're having then I'd recommend reaching out to our team, and they'll be happy to take a look into the trouble you're having.

Ok, I reinstalled the app and navigated to the manage broadband and for a split second the info was there and then it reverted to the same as the screenshot from my original post.

Please give our Customer Service a call where the technical team will be able to investigate why your online account is not showing correctly in the app, and get this working for you again.
