Sort it out… you’d be on us immediately if we defaulted on our direct debits… why should you get away with not fulfilling YOUR part of what we all pay for? Hopefully when I wake tomorrow (for the 3rd morning now) you’ll finally have sorted it out. Plus, my internet has been appalling for the last 2 days… realise from other comments on here that it wasn’t just me after all.

Disgraceful.

What’s going on, EE? Over a whole day now your app has been down… please sort yourselves (and it) out!

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app. 

Does this work for you? 

What happens when you try and use the internet? Is this happening in more than one area?
