I’m trying to upgrade my phone and when I sign in it’s gives me a yellow box aaying it’s unable to, its been doing this for the past week and half.

If it is happening on different browsers and devices, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides.
They can bring up your account to see if they can resolve this, and if they can't, raise a ticket for it to be looked at by our back office teams.
You'll also be able to speak to our upgrades team over the phone to discuss your upgrade options.

Yes I’ve done that and cleared everything, even deleted the app and reinstalled.

Have you tried to login through the EE website at all? If that still doesn't work, can you try another browser or device?

3 different phones, 2 laptops, 3 different browsers, deleted the app and still can’t log in to upgrade. Maybe this is the point for me to leave EE
