Useless App

Every time I log in to the app to manage my wifi, it functions differently.

Today, I was trying to access the wifi controls and kept gooing round in loops where I was being offered the app to manage my wifi. I already HAVE the app, I was ON the app, but the relevant wifi control buttons weren't showing, no matter which way I tried to access them.

Tonight I am trying to access them again and when I click on Broadband, I get an endlessly whirring circle.

I've had this app for months now and it's always slow, glitchy and frustrating to use. Not like any other app I use. And this is from my telecom provider - what irony!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience there, It sounds like it's very frustrating for you.

I'd recommend uninstalling, then reinstalling the app, that tends to iron out any issues like this.

You'll likely need to log back in and reconfigure settings after reinstalling.

Good to hear I’m not the only, on the msg I received earlier it didn’t understand the word useless. I’m at the point of cancelling my contract as the whole setup. broadband and TV are both not fit for purpose!

Any thought on that????
