Connectivity speed

Good evening, 

We have had our EE booster for months now at our caravan but the speed is so bad that we have to use the free park wifi to watch our tv or use a mobile or a laptop. I have taken images this evening of how bad the connection speed is. We would like to cancel our contract because we are paying for services that are absolutely useless to us.

@RachelJChristie : It's unlikely that you have fixed Home BB in a caravan park. So I'm assuming you have mobile BB.

What exactly is this "EE booster"? What model name does it have (read label or post a pix)?
