Upgrades

My phone is due for an upgrade but when I log in to see my options it tells me I am not the account holder. 

Is anyone else having these issues? Who do I contact to resolve this ?

Hi @LGM

Welcome to the community

You just need to go into your My EE account, then Account Settings > My Numbers and set yourself up as the bill payer (if you're the account holder).
