Hi, my EE app still says account ended from my old sim only contract, however, I have a new contract and it doesn’t seem to show my details.

@Saints10  Was this an upgrade or did you take out a new contract?   If it was an upgrade then it will be your old account. If you just took out a new contract, then you have to create a new account as your old account was for the old contract.  
The problem your problem facing is that your email address is being recognised, so if you can create a new account with a different email address you will have no problems or you can call customer services and speak to them to get this rectified as they can remove your email address from their systems.
