I upgraded my package to Sim only on the app to unlimited data. When/what appears on my app now when I gift data? How much can I gift? Also how long does the app take to update with my new sim only details?

You may only gift from the 1st 100 GB of all your data each billing month. Accordingly any normal use of data by yourself reduces your gifting allowance correspondingly.
