How to transfer data while app down

Bit annoyed as logged onto the app to transfer data to my daughter and now find the app is down. 
the desktop site is also down (both state they’re working on making EE better!)

The  offices are closed so how are we meant to transfer data out of office hours? 
I wish EE would let their customers know when services aren’t going to be accessible!
