I want to upgrade without flex pay how do I do this!? I am an employee and it doesn’t let me add my f&f discount

Are you aware if you have cleared the balance with Flex Pay?

This must be done before upgrading. 

Are you looking to upgrade to a pay monthly contract?

I’m not currently on flex pay but it’s the only option for an upgrade. My contract has finished. Why is this the only option. It’s effecting my f&f too

Hi

I am looking to upgrade my pay monthly contract and phone, as I am at the end of my contract. It appears that I have the same problem when trying to upgrade, the option available is flexpay which I am not happy to use. please advise.

If you give us a call on 150 or pop into your nearest EE Store, they'll be able to run through some standard plan options with you.

Hello - did you get this sorted at all? 

I am having the same issue, I tried to call 150 yesterday and he said to not chose flexpay for they is no option to not chose this!

If the option which you wish to proceed with is not showing please give our customer care team another call on 150.
