So recently after a 2 year contract with ee I've gone for a years sim only, email received saying its all set for 19 July 23, looking at ee app it still displays my old contract. Should I be concerned its not done or wait for the bill date to hit and hope the new contract shows?

Were you out of contract when you purchased the SIM only plan?

@Paulsatt as you’ve moved to a Sim only this new contract will start once you have completed the full term of your full device contract. They no longer start once you upgrade they start when at the full term of your original contract.

It was two weeks before the contract end, had an email through to state contract will start once my current one finishes which was 19 Jul 23

Hiya @Chris_B thanks for taking time to respond, yeah the contract finished on 19 Jul 23, new one was supposed to start then too

If you text BALANCE to 150, does it report the allowances for you old or new plan?

Hiya @James_B unfortunately I'm away with work in another country that ee can't provide roaming for so I can't check it

OK @Paulsatt, I'd recommend checking when you're back in the UK and contacting Customer Care if there is an issue.
