EE app name not set

Hi,

I’ve just joined ee and when I open the ee app it says ‘Hey NotSet’ as my greeting on the homepage. 
Can anyone please tell me how to change it to my name pls? I’ve set my name in my profile but this hasn’t made a difference.

Have you tried logging out and back in to the EE app?

@Matt_W   If you allow the be my EE app to have access to your contacts it’ll then populate. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Alex_M  and @Chris_B,

Many thanks for replying, I have done both of those things but it’s not fixed it. I think it’s because I’m not fully set up as yet. I’ve just spoken to customer services who can see the issue and have diarised a note to update this for me once I’m all fully up and running as they are unable to access it as yet.

Fingers crossed this fixes it!

Just by way of an update on this in case anyone else has a similar issue...

I’ve spoken to customer services regarding my name not displaying in the app and some required fields needed populating on their end. They did that while I was on the phone and now it’s all sorted.
