I am having this same issue, ALL of the contract deals that are available for me to upgrade to show different prices once you click on them; Surely this is not allowed? I would like for this to be sorted WITHOUT trying to get me to call or text EE.

Good evening @Redfox2, thanks for taking the time to flag this. 

I've had a look here, and the prices you're seeing advertised here are definitely available. 

When you're logging in, is it displaying our FlexPay plans where the handset cost and airtime are split, or are they our standard 24 month contracts?

If it's showing higher prices at the point you log in, then it sounds like it may just be giving you the 24 month options, whilst FlexPay allows you to take a contract over up to 36 months, bringing down the monthly cost.
