Upgrade not available via App

Is anyone having issues with the upgrade feature. 

My contracted ended today but I am still unable to upgrade unless I call. I don't want to call!!

@rhirhi87 , it is just the minimum term that ends, the contract will continue, not sure why you cannot upgrade, have you tried doing so by clicking on shop and doing it that way? I always ring up, as I may get a better deal that way and prefer to do it that way, personally.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
