Hi,
I am looking to upgrade my phone, but when following the website through I am bought to a page with 3 buttons: Shop, Upgrade and Manage Account.
The upgrade button just does not work, there is no link on it to take me to the next page so I cannot upgrade?
When will this be fixed?

I am having the same issue, the upgrade button does not click. I've tried it across devices on multiple days and the same issue. I tried the upgrade link provided but that does not allow me to login so I do not get linked to my existing account/get the best deals.
I tried the Shop button which does work, as that only allows you to add another phone contract to your account, rather than upgrading your existing contract.
Pls help 🙂

If you have tried everything you can and this is not showing your upgrade options, please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team can help you with your My EE account and upgrading 🙂
