Hello
I am trying to upgrade online however it states I need a pin before checkout for security which I cannot receive as the phone I am upgrading is broken

@gs46 In that case you have to call customer services from a different phone or go to a EE store to upgrade. Unless you can put your sim in a different phone .
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
